We provide International Express Shipping with full tracking for all curated items.
- Standard Shipping: The shipping rates applied at checkout are for items under 20kg only.
- Large Items (20kg+): For any item exceeding 20kg, please contact us for a custom shipping quote prior to purchase.
- Delivery Time: Items typically arrive within 10 to 15 business days after the 48-hour availability check.
- To Your Door: Delivery is made to the ground floor of your address.
2. Duties & Taxes
Important: Customs duties, local taxes, and import charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- Client Responsibility: Any duties or taxes applied upon the arrival of the package in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the client.
- Entry Fees: Specific local regulations or VAT may apply at the point of entry and must be settled by the recipient to release the package.
3. Professional Packaging
We ensure your vintage pieces arrive safely using high-grade protection:
- Small Items: Industrial-grade cartons with molded padding.
- Large Items: Custom-built timber crates with internal structural support.
4. Tracking & Reception
A digital tracking number is provided for every order.
- Signature: A signature is required upon delivery.
- Unclaimed Packages: If a package is not collected within 5 working days after a missed delivery, additional fees or cancellation without refund may apply.
5. Damage Policy
Our pieces are vintage and antique; signs of age and patina are part of their character.
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Note the damage on the delivery slip before signing.
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the item.
- Contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours.
If you find damage after opening: You must notify us in writing within 5 days of receipt. Please keep all original packaging. After 5 days, the goods are considered delivered in good condition.
